MSD plug wires

Im getting ready to do a tune-up on my car. I want MSD 8.5mm plug wires and was going to go ahead and put them on now. I will eventually get the scremin demon coil but do not have it yet. This wont hurt anything since those wires are primarily used for updated spark will it? Any improvement with them? I has them on my V6 and liked them alot

damn, those wires are huge, and look awesome, but did you notice any performance gain or a cleaner burn?

I have the MSD 8.5mm wires. Really, to notice any power gain in your car you probably have to gain 20hp, so no I don't notice a power gain, but it did get rid of my horrible miss in the car, so they work good, and the red looks nice.

Scremin Demon recommends using their Livewires, but I used MDS wires on my old car and they work just fine

Unless you have more juice going to your plugs, bigger wires dont really do much. However, I put Ford Racing 8.5mm wires on my GT just to be safe
