Under normal use or on a dyno? How many miles on the car?

exhaust is very hot. have you noticed it before? where do you live? were you running it WOT?

i live in stockton, ca, and we jusT rebuilt the engine and all of a sudden it just started glowin, is it bad?

Might be running very lean or the cat is bad.. Are the exaust manifolds glowing red also?

its running lean but im not sure y? we just rebuilt it two days ago because i blew out the engine

If you are running that lean, you are headed to blow this one aswell.

anyway to fix this? might as well start goin back to the junk yard and look for a 99 3.8

i wonder if the valves not bein torqued has anything to do with this, or possibly my one fuel injector that is clogged up?

could bolts that arent torqued right on the head and vaulves cause the enigine to idle?
