valve spring upgrade?
well i'm putting the stage 1 compcam in my mustang(04 GT) and was wondering since it is a stage 1 compcam if i should upgrade the springs?

I would, why take any chances ? Is a new engine worth the cost of something minimal as springs. You are already 90% there when installing the cams why not take the extra time.......

Just throw it together then, it is the chance you take. It is probable that you can damage the engine not just the springs. Shit breaks where does it end up ? in the bottom of the oil pan, see the risk ?
