8 rib pulley help
I need a few 8 rib pulleys... My alternator pulley wasn't torqued enough aparently so it came off and destroyed the pulley (and alternator).
So i need an 8 rib alternator pulley, any body know where you could find a single 8 rib pulley? Most the time it is just kits... Would also like an 8 rib idler pulley (with ribs not smooth). Would be for the a/c delete, or if it would fit on the tensioner i would swap to that setup. Anybody have any links or ideas for sites? Like i said most are kits, generally aren't sold as singles.

Not sure about the alt pulley, but I do remember reading (probably this forum) that you don't need an a/c delete, just a v6 belt or something like that. Ill try looking for it.

Yeah the v6 tensioner is a 6 ribbed pulley. I need an 8 though :/ Its stupid, a/c delete is only 6 rib. You would think with a/c delete it would be with a more extreme setup lol.

Is the alt an 8 rib? I found a 8 ribbed (grooved) tensioner pulley too.
Do you have both of them? Was just about to ask you if the alt pulley was an 8 rib lol part number is #F65Z10344AA, motorcraft. Didn't have description.

yes, F65Z-10344-AA is the 8 rib alt pulley, I have idlers too, in either smooth or grooved but only wth the whole belt tensioner as an asbly, so you'll just remove the pulley fron the tensioner arm and use it as the idler.......

Ok thanks again randy! I found the pulleys for cheap. And the tensioner without the arm on it. Hopefully it all works.
Im going to need to custom order a handful of things this week though. Ill pm ya when i get the list complete Stupid weird stuff like the weather stripping for the vert top on the rear by the trunk lid. And a certain radiator hose (my year doesn't work i think, its a weird one with the KB). I have part number of fitting one (i ordered one from 01 and it was a little different). Think ill get some other goofy stuff like weather stripping on doors and stuff like that. Ill get pictures if need be. Could i email them to ya? If i cant describe them well enough.
