Tint hard to install?

Just got done installing vinyl tint and it couldn't have been easier. I think it took me less than 2 hours to do both tailights and that included the time it took for me to take them off the car.

I think it would be harder and messier to have to paint them with the VHT Nightshades plus if you have to return them back to stock you don't have to replace the entire housing and lenses.

looks good. the tint isnt that hard to do, it only takes me 20minutes to do the tail light tint.

Do you do it on the car or do you take the lens housing off the car?

tint is hard to do unless you know what you are doing and have been doing it for a while.

I've never ever done tint before. This was my first time. Trust me it's WAY easier than you think.

i tried once, for like 20 mins, then realized, i dont have this much time, it was a pain in the ass for me, i dont have the touch i guess

looks good nova, but it's rice haha just playin, window tint is a bitch, I did my ranger when I had it. I tinted my kitchen windows LOL home depot tint came out good but then again it was just a big rectangle

Good thing you told me. Knowing me I'd probably try it thinking it was as easy as tinting tailights.

Spray tint was easy, took me less than an hour to do both tails and the 3rd brake light. It was my first time doing something like this and they turned out great, you just need to know how to spray paint... Start from the edges, do short strokes from like a foot away. And make sure you wet sand after the tint and between each coat of clear or they'll come out looking like flat black and look like dog shit.

Your tint looks awesome though too Nova, and I definitely vote yes for the black letter inserts. If it were me, i'd put a blackout piece on the bottom part of the bumper under that vent looking thing. Black/silver looks tits... almost as good as black/black

Flat black accents on gloss black paint looks awesome! But I also agree, silver and black look good together. Tails look good.
