i think you might be able to cuz its a 4 valver...i dont see why not...the only thing is you gotta keep the boost lower cuz the block on the 99 cobra is aluminum and the compression is also higher on the 99...the 03-04 cobras have cast iron blocks(stronger than aluminum) i think less aggressive cams and lower compression to aquire the blower better.

base line for you car is 320 at the crank....10psi your gonna prolly get in the high 400's if not at 500...i could be wrong...dont take my word for it...get more research done...find out if it actually does fit...it might and it might not

+1 on matrix. You can seriously probably get about 5 out of it, but you def. better start looking into a fuel system otherwise your not going to like the results as much as you could.

There is more to it then swapping the S/C over. You would neeed to do the entire intake system as well. This means upper, intercooler, and lower. All the cooler hardware needs swapped over as well. Obviously the injectors need replaced as well as the fuel supply system as pointed out previously. As far as numbers, I would guess with an agressive tune you would pull a mid 400 out of it unless you pullied the hell out of it, but at that number your 99 cobra is near breaking its rods anyway. Remember the stock 03/04 was only rated 390 at the crank. IMHO there is a lot of wokr involved, but it sounds like the price is right and you will get that NASTY Eaton whine under WOT!!!! God I love that sound.

Good luck.

I just got to thinking, the 03/04 and 99 Cobras use different heads. I assume that the 03 intake would bolt to the 99, but I am not 100% on that.

I thought that the 03/04 Cobra and Mach heads were the best flowing heads since the Cobra R (from the factory). Is the difference just cams and or valve size as well? I know they are not the same, maybe the same casting though.

BTW can you get me an older 4.6 Teksid block? J/K

i can get the aluminum teksid block, but you will pay alot for shipping from Italy lol the cobra r heads are a different casting as are a set of fr500 heads.
on the 2v heads, they are all the same. believe it or not, the roush mustangs have the same castings, but we dip some parts for a smother intake and exhaust port.

Cool, thanks for correcting me. I always thought the 99/01 were different. It maybe just the internals inside the heads that were different then.
