Hey guys i just purchased this:
Magnaflow Tru-X X-Pipe (Catted, 99-04 GT and Cobra) at AmericanMuscle.com - Free Shipping!
I was just curious what gains i should expect. I have SCT X3 magnapack, cia already on the car. I just cant wait to put it on.
And is it worth it to get the shorty headers? for the amount of money that i'm gonna spend on labor is i cost effective for the gains that you get?

i had one on my car before i did the lt's. its a quality piece, thats for sure! it has a sound of its own. the shorties give a decent gain, most will reccomend lt's. its a personal preference on what you do, i also one to reccomend lt's.

shortys arent worth it imho..! but hey im buying shortys too

just to make it wee louder an deeper

the WOT of the tru-x and packs are good, i didnt really care for it part thorttle. it will be loud! i was able to hear my car for 3 miles in the still of night just driving normally.

eh yeah! it will feel faster... u will pick up in high end most def.!

but.... ur gas mileage will go down cause

hahahhah u will floor it every gear!!!

like me.. i keep it in drone with the Borla stingers an my o/r X.. sooo loud

It's going to be loud, but not as loud if it was an off-road x-pipe.

the power will al be on top, bottom end torque will deminish.

there is a local guy that has the catted x, i personally think it sounds a hell of a lot better than the o/r. his sounded like sex!

i had my magnapacks dumped before but i was getting earbleeds. i know that this is not gonna be like that but awsome. U guys never gave me power gain estimates
