It might, don't get rattled if you get jumped off the line.
Stay in it and hit your shift points and if your going to get around him
you'll do it at about the 800-900 ft mark. Unless you have substancial sussoension upgrades forget about the turns.

Heh..I'm getting drag radial's soon and I'm just talking about a straight run. I also heard they were a beyach to launch them..like people bog them off the line and have to wait for the turbo to spool back up. I'm just talking about the average stock owner.

what year is the EVO? i have read that the 03-04's run 13.4-13.5 and the 06's run a 13.3 and they launch like a bat out of hell too. it would be an interesting race. if he beat you, it wouldnt be by much. the race will probably come down to the driver's skills.

Just getting an idea. There is this guy that said he would race me with an 03 with light mods and I've heard from many people that he has a crappy tune. Some how his cats even caught on fire.. I know he raced a B20 (crv motor with like 140hp) crx and only beat him by a fender..

i'm guessing you're probably in the high 13's. mid 13's if you're a really good driver. but then again i dont know how much time 4.10's are gonna shave off your 1/4 E.T.

Depending on track and weather
+ altitude, I'd expect 13.6/13.8 maybe a bit better
depanding on driver skill.
13.4/13.5 with susspesion and clutch.

sorry but not from a standing start. ive raced 2 and i bareley beat them on slicks. they only had CAI and fart can. even on a rolling start if they brake boost then lag is out of the way. yes there is lag but, they are a small turbo car, so lag really isnt all that bad.

Interesting. Honestly...

The EVO might have you. No biggie though. Stangs still nicer.
