Just FYI(Helps bad gas mileage too)
My cousin works at BMW and gets all the latest information on the tests they run. So far K&N air filters, full synthetic Castrol oil, and Napa gold oil filters are what they tested to be the "best."
I'm sure other companies have ran tests as well with different results but my cousin gets free synthetic oil and all so I roll what BMW says lol. Also, most the master techs there like Marvels Mystery Oil better than Seafoam because MMO does all that Seafoam does plus lubricates the engine at the same time. It calls for MM oil to be put in the oil and gas but you can pour some in your air intake and its fine. Although if you pour some in your intake, it is oil substitute so it smokes like a train for about 4-5 min. My personal experience is that I was getting about 11-12 mpg in my car when I bought it. Terrified that something was wrong, poured that MMO stuff in my intake and used it for about a quart of oil, changed my oil, installed a K&N filter, a NAPA Gold oil filter, and put a hose clamp a possible vacuum leak. I just filled my car up the other day and figured that I had 19.89 mpg. IMO something worked if not all of it. So its good money to invest if your car is getting bad gas mileage or just needs the carbon cleaned out. Edit: BTW the master techs are Ford master techs. Its a dual garage.

I will personally use all of these things again. Obviously I had good luck with something by getting almost 9 mpg gained lol.

Yea I didn't mention that my cousin garage had a seized up something come in and thats what the master techs used to unseize it. Apparently its the best kept secret.
