programmer shift help..


My programmer has an option to adjust shift points and rev limiter..anyways is there any point I should do and if so what should I change it to..

Rev limit, bah. Shift points...

Is your car an Auto? If so, set them all to 6,000.

You'll appreciate it.

BTW if it's a manual, think: you shift? Why would shift points matter.

Why would shift points matter?

Whats the point of staying in the same gear if your out of the powerband?

if you have a manual and you are out of your power band.. you shift.

he was saying that these was no point in "adding shift points" to a manual tranny is all.
