Quick question about adjustable suspension

What control arms should be adjustable? The uppers or lowers? I'm not the most knowledgeable about suspension, but would like the option to charge the pinion angle if needed. I think its lowers?

Will get this combo if thats the case.

Screw it went with adjustable uppers and lowers. Spent the extra few bucks. Guess the uppers were also redesigned recently.
