Suspension Questions

So I was reading in the January '09 issue of 5.0 Mustang and Super Fords and saw an article on camber plates for lowered Mustangs. I got to reading it and was thinking to myself, do I need camber plates for my lowered 'Stang? So this is my question for you all. Does my '02 Vert with an Eibach ProKit need camber plates/

Yeah generally you won't need them on 1.5 in drop. anything more then that and your pushing it.

Please search on this...there's been a ton of threads on this.

I personally would recommend them for a 1.5/6" drop and lower. Though its YOUR choice to get them you don't need them. Some people can drop that much and be fine w/o them, other cars you need them. This is what I will tell you, but you don't have to listen to me . Get the CC plates if you are questioning it. They are a good investment.

What he said. Im running sportlines w/o cc plates and when I aligned it I was able to get the camber to -1.2 degrees which is plenty fine for me but of course the cc plates wouldnt be a bad idea. Just to give you a general idea of how close the alignment can get w/o cc plates and a bigger drop it will vary by car as well though.
