Building a motor

So I found an 03 mach 1 motor on Craigslist for $600. It all taken apart, checked, and cleaned. I am thinging about buying it to build and put in my 04 GT in a year or two. I know it's going to run me about $5-6k to build. Here is the link to it. Mustang DOHC Aluminum 4.6L Engine What I want to know is, is it worth building or should I save my time and money and do up my GT motor?

mark8 oil pan will not fit, block good for 600rwhp of so. if you want to shed some weight, go 4v, keep power under 600, then jump on it. the crank will be a 6 bolt and will be good for 650rwhp as well. the swap shouldnt cost you near that, but it also depends on how you set it up too.
