Parking break

Ok I think my parkin brake is loose or something. How do I get to it? I gotta take out the middle right? I can raise it alot without it engaging and sometimes I feel like it stays on even when I lower it....

kinda pissin me off.

You need to lube it if it is sticking. If it is loose, you need to tighten it up. There should be an inline adjustment either under the center console or center line under the car right before it splits to head to each wheel.

You have a seized e-brake. Time to go check out the rear calipers...
