noise need help


when my car gets into higher rpms i hear a weird buzz like noise that sounds like its coming from the shifter. it was like this with the stock one and the new mgw short shifter. any idea wat this is?

its like a buzzing i think something is loose because i can kind of muffle the sound when i push down on the shifter but i dont no what is loose. ill try and take a sound clip next time i drive it right now im at school and my bros got it haha

Get a shifter gasket to quiet that. I don't know if it was your model of the MGW that they made em' for.

i dont have a cobra but i think ive seen some gaskets for my model

check out cobra bobs shifter gaskets. They make one for the t3650 rather cheap. It was under ten dollars if I remember correctly.
