Be more definitive. Didn't start, as in it was turning over fine but won't fire, or it wouldn't turn over at all, or turn over fast enough.

Turn over= what is happening as you turn the key to start.

Turn over but not start= engine is spinning normally but not firing.

yeah it would just turn over but not fire and start when i jumped it. Is it true that if i just push down on the schrater valve fuel should come out? or do i need a fuel pressure gauge to test that?

Your fuel rail should be pressurized after cranking to around 28-35 psi. If you actuate the schrader valve, there should be pressurized fuel present, which would indicate fuel pump probably working.
Also need air for the combustion process... make sure something didn't die or build a nest in your air cleaner.
Next is spark. I would first check fuse(s) that are associated with ignition, then check if spark is happening to the plugs... try the ol' spark to block check.
