Yeah SF3 comes with pre loaded tunes.

Yes. Nice thing about the x3 is it can be reverted back to the canned tunes the x2 can't.

The sf3 can hold one custom tune and it has the preloaded tunes, where the x3 can hold 3 custom tunes...

Hella is actually more of a Sacramento thing, and much less common in the bay area.
