Take the cover off. Go to a flat work bench and take a hammer to it. Flatten the metal back out with a hammer. Clean it up. Put new RTV gasket maker on it. Tighten it down in a star pattern to equilize the pressure.

how did you tighten it down? just slapped on the rtv and tightened it? You are supposed to hand tighten the bolts then wait for a few until the rtv gets tacky before you tq down the bolts.

Take the pan off and lay it on a glass table, granite counter top etc something you know is going to be dead flat. If it isnt flat try your best to flatten it out using a hammer. Clean the pan and housing with lacquer thinner, also be sure to clean out the inside of the housing with carb cleaner etc so fluid isnt trying to run out of the bottom onto your non cured rtv, clean the housing where the pan-housing mate with some lacquer thinner. Apply some black rtv and install according to specs (criss coss pattern, hand tight, let sit for a bit, then criss cross pattern at 33ft lbs)
