What's wrong with my passenger window/door?

The window seems to be off track. If I open and then close the door with the window rolled up, the top corner of the window gets stuck on the weatherstripping, and leaves a gaping hole which makes terrible road noise..

Common? Parts needed to fix....how much does this cost me?

take door panel off an put it on trac.. mine did that

mines does that. I just tell everyone to wait to open the door until i lower the window. It goes up too high. Then after they close the passenger door i raise the window and it seals out water and the elements.
