Stupid Wheel Question

I'm selling a set of 17x8'' bullitts to a guy that has a 05' and he seems to think that they won't fit becuase they are from an 02'. I thought they would for sure but he has me second guessing myself.

They will fit fine, just be about 1/2" or so farther outward than the same wheel made for the S197.

why not take one off and put it on to see if it will fit

American Muscle 17"x8" Bullits are +30mm offset

American Muscle 17"x9" Bullits are +45mm offset

+15mm is 9/16"~5/8" difference, so will be this much closer to fender on an S197

Are the wheels still on your ride?

If so, they will be a little more than 1/2" FARTHER OUTWARD on his ride. Mount those bad boys and see what I mean. I don't see any rubbing issues whatever.

THEY...WILL....FIT! Period.

My old neighbor has my 99 GT wheels on his 05-up...THEY WILL FIT!
