S Style (18x9) wheels

Possibly getting these wheels, I have 2 questions.

1. Any suggestions on tire type? This is a daily driver, not a track car but I still would like quality wheels on a budget. Low profile?

2. Will I have to get my speedo re-calibrated because of the change in wheel size?

Thanks in advance
Jon

Originally I was looking at getting 245/40 18 general exclaim UHP's. It's a pretty well rounded tire. It is also what I have on my Bullitt now. It's nothing fancy, but if you compare it to other tires in it's price range it performes much better.

id go with nitto 555 tire all the way around. on an 18x9 id get 275s in the rear and 245s in the front.. or maybe 255s all the way around if you want to rotate them and get some more life of them. and yet, by going from 17" to an 18" wheel your speedo will be off slightly
