03 cobra supercharger

i have a 04 gt and am wondering what mods i have to do to accomplish putting the stock ford supercharger on my car, or is this even possible? also my friend has a t70 turbo that i can pick up from him for pretty cheap do you think this would be a better route? please any and all info is greatly appreciated.

well, you CAN make anything work. but some things you shouldn't. you can buy an intake manifold from tork-tech, but it's expensive. i don't know the specs on the turbo, but it would all together be a better idea than the 03 blower. that or buy a procharger or vortech. i'm procharged and very happy

Yes, it is possible to put the M112 out of the termi on the GT/V6. Is it worth it to put it on a GT? Absolutely not, but it is possible. I am working on putting one in my v6, but im making my own upper intake so i dont have to pay the extremely high prices for those "kits"

bottom line is, unless u get the blower for free, it's more expensive then just getting a vortech

yea but the effort and money, no point, you could just get a kenne bell. Not saying for you to, but in his case, easier not to try to do it.

4 grand for mine, comes with everything except maf and tuner. This site is actually really really helpful and eventful, youll see.

T-70 FTW

I had half the stuff to do the Eaton swap and it was looking like more of a hassel then anything.So i sold everything. Cheeper to do a DIY Single Turbo setup.

To put on the kenne bell would be the same process as using the Eaton. For GT's theres no point in going with the M112 as the kenne bell is way more efficient, but it is still the same process.

ne thing is possible when it comes to modding cars, and they do make a kit, but like everyone else above me mentioned its not worth it. go buy a vortech and call it done. whenever the statement "is it possible..." comes up it usual =$$$$$$$....welcome to the site by the way

Let me start off buying saying anything can be done. It's just a matter of are you willing to spend the money and is it worth it for what you spend? With what you're trying to do if you really want that specific supercharger on you car and that's what YOU WANT and you're willing to spend the money to complete the project than go for it. But, economically standing it is not worth it. For the money you'll put into completing the project you can get a kit that will produce much more power than the stock Eaton blower off the Cobra. Hope this helps man.
