Subframe connectors


Hey guys i just got a pair of MM subframe connectors i wont be installing them for another month or so but im excited......did you guys that have them notice a big difference when you installed them?? any chance itll lower my 1/4 mile time??

It can ONLY help your 1/4 mile time, but I think it is just a good thing reguardless of what kind of driving you do

MM is a great brand and just be sure to install/have them installed, correctly

where is a good place to have them installed? any place specific or can just about anyone do it? (as long as they have/are a compentent welder)

I recommend you have a paint/body shoppe install them, or specialty performance place

It is CRITICAL that the car be supported evenly, and best by all four tires on level with ground. There are some alternatives, but too many possibilities to mention.

Talk to a mechanic you trust and if he says the above is not necessary..... RUN!

i got the cheap BBK bolt in ones and welded them in. I noticed a difference.

And also make sure the people know what they are doing and know how to weld. The last thing you want is them to weld through the floor and catch your carpet on fire

Not really much to the install, just need a drive on lift and someone that can weld decent....its not brain surgery

+1. I put a couple sets in. One set needed to be beaten with a 10lb sledge for a bit to get it to fit right.
