Dyno results

well i just finished talking to my dyno tuner and im pretty pleased with the outcome. i first dynoed the car with just the vortech v2 non aftercooled 8 psi, flows, bbk off road x, 3:73's and i got 320rwhp and 330rwtq on a conservative tune. i just installed mac long tubes with bbk shorty catted x, bbk 78mm throttle body plenum combo, anderson power pipe and methanol injection. my new numbers are 360rwhp and 360rwtq through an automatic. i also gained 1 pound of boost upping it to 9. so im pretty excited about this. just thought i would share with everyone

well my price will be alot different than your since im up in canada. but generally he charges me about 100 per hour or so

well yeah its that much per hour roughly just to be on the dyno and tune it

Im not gonna be getting an intercooler, im running the snow performance methanol injection instead

My co worker knows the owner of snow performance from when he was stationed in Colorado springs. He said he can get me a good deal but I dont know much about it so I think I am going to pass.

i had someone pick up my car for me so i havent got the opportunity to drive it yet with the new tune and all the goodies, but when i talk to my tuner he said that the methanol injection was a nice additive to the car and helped alot. i didnt know much about the snow perfromance kit either, i just asked poeple who had it done and if they liked it and based my desicion on that. i figured i would take a chance on it and its seems like a good chose.it was either that or an intercooler and this was easier to get done

Nice man is the tune pretty conservative? Seems like it should be making a bit more power than that..

i just drove it home and wow it made a nice difference the car feels alot different than before. and mustang_gtr_99i will let you know how it goes with the methanol injection
