Id get the first one. There is nothing wrong with the second one but for $50 more you might as well go with a set up.

if you aren't worried about the extra $50, i would go with the carbon fiber kit. it will hold up better/longer than just putting the stock crap back in there.

you don't want to have to rebuild again in a year or two.

get the second one & have the guy doing it put an extra (original end clutch) in. it'll be nice & tight & if your easy on it you'll be fine for a long time.

if your hard on it, even more reason for the extra clutch. I do the extra clutch & rebuild mine every spring just to be shure (300 or so passes a season though)

Casper do you use the regular s-spring? Ive heard some bs about using an s-spring for an f150, theyre supposed to be stiffer? I havent tried it myself but whenever I get around to rebuilding my trac loc I thought about doing it.

get used to it you'll have to have it done ocasionally, just a fact of clutch style diff's. thats why I said to be easy on it if you want it to last (no excessive burn out's, get a line-loc, etc)
