Trouble code p1450

Code p1450 keeps getting thrown on my car. It is described as...unable to bleed up fuel tank vacuum. Has anyone thrown this code before or does anyone know how to fix it? I didnt think the fuel tank had a vacuum. Thanks

Check to make sure your gas cap is on tight and making a seal.

Here's this to broham

Possible causes:

EVAP canister purge outlet tube (EVAP canister purge valve to EVAP canister) blockages or kinks.

EVAP canister tube (fuel tank to EVAP canister) blockages or kinks.

Fuel vapor elbow on EVAP canister contaminated.

Restricted EVAP canister.

Canister vent (CV) solenoid stuck closed (partially or fully).

Plugged or contaminated CV solenoid filter.

EVAP canister purge valve stuck open.

Fuel filler cap stuck closed (no vacuum relief).

VREF circuit open in fuel tank pressure (FTP) sensor.

Damaged FTP sensor. (fuel tank pressure)

Check for kinks or bends in the fuel vapor hoses/tubes (EVAP canister purge outlet tube and EVAP canister tube).

Visually inspect EVAP canister inlet port, CV solenoid filter and canister vent hose assembly for contamination or debris.

Check CV solenoid filter for blockage or contamination.

I got a similar error on my old Bullitt when I installed my Vortech. Come to find out the one wiring harness is a b!tch to snap back together, so that might be the source of the problem. Mine was unplugged, because it's so tough to snap back together. I guess I didn't get it snapped all the way and it came undone. I hope that's the source of the problem. If it's not another thing to check is the gasket where the filler neck goes into the gas tank. Those typically rip or tear when you drop the gas tank. It's advised to get a new one when you do the install. You will lose pressure in the gas tank through that gasket if it ripped. Let me know if those two things fix it or were the cause.

Did you put a new fuel filter in when you did your install. I'm sure you did, but I just have to ask for the sake of asking.

My money is on the canister purge solenoid.
