Car is in the shop

I wrote a couple weeks ago about my car running rough. I checked the coil packs and took it to a ford dealer for a compression test. They told me that there is no compression from 2 of the cylinders and that the spark plugs on those 2 cylinders was buned and told me that it could be a cylinder or a piston problem. Then they told me It is possible that I may need a new motor. I'm thinking to myself If I have to replace the motor I dont want to put the same stock motor or block back in, so ir there a better motor or block that I can put in my GT without having to fabricate anything. Or if anybody have any opinions of what they would do in this situation.

check out fox lake or livernois for the short block, they are proven motors and built with quality parts....if i had the money i'd change it now. don't think you have to get a new motor just cause of some bad compression, sure you might need to get the specifically bad cylinders redone but if money becomes a big issue thats what i'd go with to get the stang back on the road. compression problems are normally caused by cracked/broken pistons/rings or bent valves.

Thanks for the advice, but makes it so difficult for me is that Im over here in Germany and it is hard to find someone that does that kind of work.
