Drain radiator, refill with water and run for a bit. Repeat until you have fresh water coming out. Another way to do it is open the radiator drain and fire it up, continue to fill your reservoir with water as it runs/drains until you get clean water.

once i get it running clear do i add straight antifreeze until i get the 50/50 mix they call for since there may be straight water in block

straight. Once the water is clear/clean just stop filling it,turn the car off and then let the radiator drain, thread the plug back in. Then use a hydrometer to get the mixture right again, shouldnt cost you but a few bucks at the parts store.

Another way you could do it which is really a waste of antifreeze/$ though is drain the radiator, refill with 50/50 or whatever mix you like to use, let it run for a bit, drain again, and repeat until its as clean as you want it to be.

drain the radiator by the drain plug, pull off a lower hose, and there is a plug on the block itself to drain the block.
