Hey I was gonna ask you are the hood pins the only thing keeping the hood from being opened?

I don't want anybody to be able to just walk up to my car, pull the pins and open my hood lol. Have you fixed this in some way? I was thinking about rigging the latch so it won't put pressure on the hood, but still prevent it from being opened all the way.

My factory latch is still functional. The pins are there for added security.,

love the look. i want to do that to my car but cant decide if i want a new hood or keep my stock one and paint it. i have always loved hood pins on mustangs ever since gone in 60 seconds.

I am putting black ones on my hood tonight. Well I hope to get them done tonight. Depends on how much beer is in the fridge. But when I do put them on, they are sitting on my coffee table, I will put up pics for you.
