Anybody using Pacesetter?

I ordered some Pacesetter Long tube headers for the car. I figured I might as well do that while the motors out. Anyone using them on thier car? How do you like them? And would sand blasting the black paint off and spraying them with some High Temp VHT do any good?

I have a Pace Setter o/r X (which I eventually welded two cats in) on the GT and I haven't had a problem with them at all. Good price, and mine didn't come in that black coating

Theres a few people using them w/o any problems. The factory black paint vs spraying some high temp spray can stuff on there prolly wouldnt be any difference.

That would fix the one complaint I've heard about their products: that the paint flakes off, allowing them to rust.

Yeah I've had previous experience with black painted headers in that the paint will flake off and start rusting. So I figured with the high temp stuff would last a little longer.
