I was aiming for red originally.

I want to do something with them, the stock look right now looks like crap as it is not a solid color and... just looks like crap.

I don't know. Maybe black? Light silver car.

go with the cobra or baer brakes they are the same pbr callipers and both look nice ,,, i upgraded all all the way around for uner a grand ,,cobra callipers ,,ss break lines ,, baer 13" slotted and drilled rotors,,,this was a pretty good improvement over the stockers

Im not for all the visual bs but I will say I dont think that the caliper paint is rice. A few months back it was the big mm fad of the week similar to the hitechs, trickflow heads etc. I cant count the number of threads posted over the period of a week or two w/ people that had painted their calipers.

I think somewhere along the lines you also asked which paint to do it with or something like that? I skimmed across it real quick. Anways if you did check into the duplicolor kits. Theyre about 20-30 bucks I think and you can get them just about anywhere.

Maximum Motorsports and Stang Suspension both have partial kits. I have seem them other places too. Can't remember where else though.

I am too sometimes subconsciously afraid of the rice factor. But I'd say you'll be fine

Just as long as you don't paint cobras on your stock brakes.

painting them is OK imo...like someone said if the combo is right...just think of it like this as far as rice goes...less is more imo
