Steering Shaft Noise
Anybody have any noise coming from their steering shaft? If I have the steering wheel straight and barely turn it left or right I hear a clanking noise. It's not bad and it hasn't affected my steering at all, but I'm slightly worried that it could turn into a bigger problem.

did you check the power steering fluid? might have some air in the line and may need to bleed the hydroboost unit.. im having the same problem right now

It's not a fluid problem. Here is what I found out from another member on another site.
"It is the bushings that hold the rack an pinion to the K-member. You will be fine. Hit them with an impact gun."
