speedometer swap - 01 cobra

I have an '01 cobra. I just bought a Saleen S281 cluster, the one that goes to 200mph. How do I have this calibrated with my computer and with the pats? Do i need to buy something, a tuner? Or do I send it out to have a company do this for me? Any help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

Take it to a mechanic or gas station garage service center with a diagnostic machine, but you have to leave the original cluster in to get there. They have to 'introduce' the ECU to the new instrument cluster, without it the car wont start. Make sure they calibrate it according to your car, after all yours wont do 200mph so the rpm will be different.
