Cam Degree'ing off motor


So i see alot of install write ups and how to's on degreeing a cam with the heads on the motor. i was wondering if anyone has a good link of how to do it with the heads off of the motor.

Also wheres a good place to buy a cam degree'ing tool/borrow haha

not possible, heads/cams have to be on in order to do so.

You can pick up a cam degree kit from summit for 75-100 bucks

thats kinda what i thought... so u could rotate the crank and get t.d.c and all that good stuff... damn...

just thought i'd try and save a hassle by doing it off the car haha. o well no big, i'll do it in the car.
