LM1 or LM2
well i been searching the internet for 3 days now on the slp exhaust. i am running the mac O/R prochanber and was thinking about changing out the flows. 1st question is which is louder the lm1 or lm2 second is which has a deeper tone. which would soud better with the prochamber and which with an O/R x pipe(if i change it out) last is do the slp lm catbacks pop and crackle on deceration?

the slp lmI are a lot louder than the lmII.
the lmII has a deeper tone, and the lmI has more of higher pitch. i think the lmII would sound better, but for some reason slp's tips on the mustang exhuast really makes em sound like ass. also i think the lmI will sound better with th x-pipe. and it will farking scream. also they do pop and crackle on deceleration if you let out of it when its under a load. i have an slp lmII on my car with an o/r h-pipe and l/t headers. its very deep and is very loud at WOT but very livable and not obnoxious around town. heres a sound clip of what mine sounds like form an idle up to about 4000 rpms. oh yeah and mine are dumped right off of the muffler in front of the axles. sounds great and very unique.

LM2 sound awesome with an O/R X...but for me coming from an O/R H + LM i couldnt hear em...so i swapped out the LM2 back to LM + O/R X...mmm sounds killer, and since my car is auto with either muffler, they dont crackle and pop on decelaration!

LMII no question.
I like it way more than my LM I. LM I has that... cheaper loud sound. II has that vicious sound but still quite loud.

i disagree. i run LM with BBK offroad Hpipe and BBK longtubes and would not trade my sound for the world. The LM is definately a lot deeper and in No way higher pitched anywhere in the powerband. it's an amazing tone and it amplifies my cam lobe a LOT as well.. people think im running stage 2s or 3s and i have the same set of cams you do. the LM2s sound more like magnaflows and every other catback out there... u will not be dissapointed in it.. ill have some sound clips of mine as soon as i get it off the dyno
