Mark VIII help?

So I been lookin into swaps and was wondering if a mark viii will fit into my 00 gt... They are the same as the 99/2001 cobra motors aren't they?

the newer mark viii is the same engine block as a cobra, i just think the intake and cam design is a little different. shouldnt be a problem swapping it in, you will just need to change the radiator and exhaust, ecu, and im not sure on the rest, but im sure someone else can chime in

Ok just lookin for a cheap cobra motor then possibly throw an eaton on it... My exhaust won't bolt to it?

the headers wont. the 4v needs 4v headers
