The only problem is, I am not that Mechanically inclined. And I am not getting one to race.

That's the way to do it! Buy what you can afford. So many people have ridiculous car payments these days. Feels nice to be out from under that problem.

Yeah... i've been saving for awhile. Makes you wait, but in the process you can learn a lot.

Though I did see a 2006 model with bullit wheels for 13k. I am taking it's a 6cyl.

It has the wheels I want on mine tooo.. *drool* How many miles does it have on it?

Most decent low mileage stangs I have seen have been in the 11-13 range. I KNOW if I came at them with 10k in cash they would cave in. We are talking 25-30k miles tops.

I've been told if you bring 10k in cash to a dealership, you can get any 04 GT no matter how much the sticker price is (Of course this means a stock GT, no power adders or mods) I believe it. Most i've seen for 9-13k. But I doubt I will pay more than 10k. Of course I am looking for a very well kept GT with low miles, and one that hasn't been ran the crap out of. I have time to search. I've found 5 in the past 3 months, but didn't have all my money at the time. Well I don't have it now either.. but I will in a month or so. I wanna have some money to mod the exhaust as well as a few other things as well when I get it. Does the current exhaust have 4 or 5 cats? And can you legally run an off road Xpipe with no cats on teh street? I am not planning on taking it to the track. I noticed they were cheaper than the one with the two cats. If not, I can live with the latter. I don't want it being TOO noisy, so that is probably a better option.
