Everyones gonna say clean the iac, but yea -- thats where id start clean the iac and maf and see if thatll help it any then go from there such as checking the plugs coils etc.

well i had the maf off no more than a month ago maybe... cleaned it then when i had it off.. and i had the iac off like maybe 6 months ago and cleaned it while it was off too... so i dont think its them... i had a blow by problems bout 6 months ago thats why i took off the iac thought it was that... but had oil on the plugs instead so replaced the plugs then.. but i believe these are the original coil packs in the car still

Hmm..thanks for wasting my time. If you could have ruled all that out yourself w/o asking then why not try that in the first place. Check the coils with a dvom then and inspect the boots.

Is it setting a code? A miss will typically trigger a MIL in about 15 min of driving or less. Also the IACs go bad sometimes and cleaning them will only buy a bit of time before they act up again.
