Exterior Opinions, Big post. (for me)

I wanna give my exterior a good appearance with out being "riced" out, or to much so to speak. I noticed that xenon has some new things on AM, window louvers, side scoops and a hood scoop. I have a 00 so no scoop. I really liked the louvers and I think for them to look right i would need the side scoops as well and the hood scoop to set it off. Do you think this would look good without over doing? Im gonna paint the piece on the rear bumper at the bottom and put inserts in. I want to paint the part in the middle of the trunk aswell. All this in black. I just dont want to over do it. Im not to positive on the paint yet. But I want to do it all in like a matte black. And Last I want to run some kind of not really a stripe but a wide paint across the hood. Just looking for opinions. How you think it would look. I dont want it to give me a heavy look if you get me.

Absolutely NO on the window scoops. That will look "ricey", and you say its not what you're looking for. Throwing a million scoops on your car is not the way to go. Plus they look terrible on new edges any way. Yes on the hood scoop, Yes on the side scoops.

Since you have black on your car maybe a silver and black theme?

Yeah i'll have to agree...I not really feeling the window scoops...now the side scoops and the hood scoop I can do....now you were talking about a stipe or something like that I personally like these

I think the mustang looks FINE stock. Said that, I love the look of the Saleens. If I did ANYTHING to a Stang it would be to put the front end of the Saleen on a GT. I hate the fact that there is a indentation in the front bumper for a license plate. And my state doesn't require front plates.

I love the looks of the New Edge body. Dare I say even more so than the current body style. I think it looks more modern. *shrug*

Though the new look is nice, and suits the Stang well, I thought Ford should have made the New Edge more modern looking instead of going retro.

The worst thing about the 01-04 stangs are the fvcking fake scoops glued all over the car. LAME! Fake = rice. Im sorry, thats it, Ford should never have done it in the first place - makes it look cheap and cheesey.

I don't mind it a bit. I think it looks angled and sharp. I wouldn't mind putting a real shaker on it later on.
