Chassis bending?

I have an '01 gt I was wondering at what kind of hp should I start worrying about bending the chassis?

Subframe connectors are always a good investment even w/ stock horsepower.

I ran over 500+ for over 2 years, and 400+ a couples years before that, and 350+ 2 years prior to that with no subframes going to the track often. I could feel the car twist with 500+ at the track with dr's.

I was lucky and everything was still nice and straight when I finally installed them with my 8 point roll bar. It made such a difference I wish I would have did it sooner.

Correction, *FULL-LENGTH* subframe connectors.

yeah.. it doesn't matter what power you're putting down. Subframes make a HUGE difference. i can't wait to put a cage in mine it will make it very solid. your car will hold the road better and not flex as bad. as far as the chassis itself actually bending.. it depends on how much traction you're putting down. i would imagine that with slicks and bolt-ons you can bend the chassis. i broke my upper torque box out with 380rwhp and street tires..
