I run these on my car lowered 1.5 with steeda springs it can be set up for drag or autocross. They aren't noisy at all on my car. Even if they were though probably wouldn't notice over most exhausts. They are easy to adjust with a easy click style feature so you can get each side perfectly in sync. No complaints been on my car for over a year.

From drag to autocross with the same shock? Wow, that's quite a swing.

they are one of the best mid range shock out there. You can buy better drag shocks but these come close. As for the autocross they get pretty soft. I run them in the middle more towards drag settings. For the price you can't go wrong especially if its a dd/ track car.

Too soft for autocross huh... How about for just spirited cornering on the NE Iowa river roads? I don't wanna put the stang into the Mississippi

At the stiffest it feels like I'm riding on bricks instead of springs, softest is very bouncy. You won't have problems if you adjust for what you want, back 4 from the softest is nice and comfy for normal driving if you want a spot to start from to see what you would want.

Ha ha. Okay... So I'm assuming that you're saying if you dial it back a little from the stiffest setting it'd be pretty good for cornering and if you dial it up a little from the softest setting it'd be good for dragging, and if you put it kinda in the middle it'd be good for daily driving?
