Tubular K Member
Who all makes a Tubular K Member that can use stock a-arms and springs? I want a tubular k member for weight and clearence but I don't want to go to coil over suspension yet.
The only place I know of for sure is PA Racing.

You will be spending good money/time twice to continue to use stock "A" arms on a new tube "K"
![]() I recommend you save up and spend the extra $$$ to do the job complete the first time. Jazzer and his

Why would I spend extra time and money? I really have no desire for coil overs...

The "A" arms are a weak link in the "K" member system. They are flexable and have poor bushings that allow slop in the suspension. Besides, you said you don't want to go CO's "YET".
Going new "K" and NOT replacing the arms is kinda like taking a shower with a raincoat, IMO. I just checked MM website and don't see "A" arms that can be used with stock springs, but I know they are made. The MM ones are $350~$450, so ones with spring perch would probably run another $75 I am guessing. If you are after clearance, than I figure you are going with higher HP ratings and should build up the support for it with the chassis. Jazzer

i am running the qa1 with a set of cobra a arms. there is too much offset with the cobra arms, so run the stockers if you swap.

I agree with jazzer, when you put in a k member go all the way. Dropped a good 100lbs or so off my front end with a kmember, a arms and coilovers

Where did you find that? When I looked into them, the k-member was like 260, the arms were like 260 and the co's were like 40 a peice. 400 is a steal.

Thats a good find, but I will pass until someone says they actually got one. They have over 60 negative feedback in the past 12 months. Most saying they could not contact seller, and one saying the seller said "should have gotten insurance". One buyer said they purchased two cables form them and paid for shipping on both even though the shipper sent them in the same box. One guy said the truck they bought was not the one in the pics in the ad. If someone buys these and they get what they pay for, let me know, and I will surely order it (with insurance).
