Codes P1000 P0171 P0174 Please Help!!!

I have no idea why I am pulling these codes I'm throwing a P1000 OBD system test not complete? and P0171 and P0174 System too lean bank 1 and bank 2. Can anyone dumb this down for me? I have to get my car running right it's my only vehicle and I just put in a brand new motor I can't afford to f it up. I've checked all my hoses everything is fine and connected properly I'm getting an exhaust leak taken care of tomorrow I don't know what else could be causing this I'm seriously so fed up I wanna drive it off a cliff. I had none of these problems before a spent a few grand on a new motor, is it because I'm running my old ecu? Does that even matter? Should I take it to a dyno shop and let them tune it? Please any advice is greatly appreciated.

Where is your exhaust leak at? If it's near the front it might throw those codes. I'm not for certain though.

Fix your exhaust leak first. Try cleaning your MAF sensor and check for vacuum leaks.

That is caused by bad reading from your O2 sensors. Either your sensors failed or the exhaust leak is causing the system to read bad.

I don't think it is very often that both sensors go bad at the same time, but I guess they could.

not if you are on the stock tune. If you have an aftermarket tune you need to contact your tuner and have him fix your tune.

Do you have cats? Check to see if they are clogged.

I got both codes but only changed my drivers side O2 sensor and the problem was fixed. Saved $40 on a second O2.

It's broken down to this, someone at svt told me that if I'm running the old ecu I have to run my old wire harness which I did not know. Supposedly if you don't change the harness the computer won't even act like you changed the motor. Anyway if this works it will be a miracle sorry for making you all guestimate at what was causing these codes if this doesn't change anything I'll try your other suggestions thank you again.

Did you just start it and run codes, or did you let it warm up first? Just asking. Has to be a certain temp I believe in order to complete the test. Hopefully it is corrected with the harness.
