What is the easiest way to install longtube headers onto the engine...i have mac longtubes sitting in my house and a shorty H pipe should be here within the week.

you mught have to drop the front. I dont think you can just twist em in there. it depends though. Some you can, most you cant.

most people drop the crossmember break the motor mounts and lower the engine a good bit, it's a lot of extra work but makes life a lot eaiser. we did mine by just taking out the starter, hydroboost, oil dipstick tube, and a few other odds and ends and a LOT of patience. it's a royal PITA either way you do it but it's worth it in the end

the easiest way to do it is to drop the k-member while the engine is being held up with a engine hoist, then you can do whatever you have to do to get them on with nothing in your way. i have done it this way 6 times so far and its by far the easiest way
