Fuel pump voltage and new fuel pumps?

I have a 03 GT with a cobra tank and pump setup installed. My pumps have always seemed to be working harder than the should. Since Im bringing the car to the shop next week to get retimed and the tune tweeked, I figured its a good time to upgrade to dual Ford GT pumps.

My question is can I run the car with the new pumps and old tune? Will the A/F ratio be affected? I know my tuner tweaked the voltage tables a lil to keep pressure up at the rails with the cobra pumps. I know too much fuel can really screw stuff up and I dont wanna ruin my new motor.

stock fpdm wont run 2 gt pumps. the variable voltage pumps will only deliver what is needed, a tuner might need to do minor minor tweaking if any. what kind of power you pushing to run the stock cobra pumps hard?
