Procharger Install Questions

So my last thread got me zero help, I'm gonna try this again. I have the enclosed big red race valve with the little mounting tube and flange but I'm not sure where to install it. Red Race Valve

1) I know it goes before the MAF, but do I put it before or after the intercooler?

2) Does anyone have pics of how they did their red race valve install?

3) Can I just leave the side opening open and vent it?

4) Also, anyone know where I can get the Gates 27093 fuel line for my fuel pump install? I don't get anything on Google, or Gates' site, or like Napa or Carquest...

I thought I knew enough about superchargers before I started my install, then I started questioning myself, then I found out that I was making it a lot harder than it needed to be. I've gotten pretty much everything done. I just need to hook up this bpv, run a couple hoses, put in my fuel pump, hook up my gauges, and get it tuned... I've had to learn quickly

Anyone got any helpful comments?

well, the regular one goes off the discharge tube, i'd assume this one would work the same way. Can't see any reason why it wouldn't be off the discharge tube as well.

Hey man when I called up procharger they told me I needed the flange, and that i'd have to weld it it to the pipe or something, but I think that would melt the piping. You can give them a call too.

I also asked the same question bout the bov, if you can find it I asked like 2 differnt things in different things. A couple people posted up pics too

Navy I saw their pics but they run a draw through setup where they recirculate the air back into the charger intake pipe. I think I am going to have a fabrication shop weld that flange up to the first discharge tube after the head unit. I just don't know if I should have them cut off the original outlet in the pipe (the thing in the first picture) and weld the new piece on, or just plug the original one somehow and have them weld this new piece on the top-side by the little port in the second picture

from what i am hearing , if you have a blowthru mass set up, you will need to install it before the intercooler, on the pipe you have talking that would be correct...if your running a pull through with your mass connected to the intake of the supercharger it would mount where the bung is in the first pic....

Both the pictures are of the same pipe. The first one is the bottom side, the second picture is the top side. I'm putting it on that pipe, the question now is cut off the old bung and weld the new one on in its place or plug the old bung and weld the new one on the top side? On the top would look cooler and still allow me to use the little BPV if I ever needed to in the future.

I think that's what I'm gonna do. Now can someone tell me what that little bung is for in the second picture I posted. It's a little hexagonal, threaded bung.

Does it show on the instructions? I don't remember that being there, I only saw bunts near the top around the throttle body. Maybe I just didn't notice it

it goes to your small breather that runs across the motor...
looking at the motor, it's on the right side and connected via a hose and a long oddly shaped plastic tube
it connects to the stock airbox if that helps..

Thanks turbot4, you've been helpful.

So this turd in my hometown is the only person who is open to weld stuff on saturday. He did a terrible job welding the little pipe piece to the flange, so I'm just gonna wait until Monday to have someone else weld that assembly to the discharge pipe.

So I moved on to the intake tube... WTF is all this stuff in front of the head unit? It is all strategically placed EXACTLY where my intake pipe needs to go. Did other people with Prochargers run into this too?
