A/C vents vibrate


anyone know how to fix that irritating a/c vent vibration when cruising down the road, im sure im not the only one with this problem haha.

nah its the vibrations from the road, just wondering what people would do as a quick fix to get rid of the noise.

dont have the noise and never have so sorry I cant help you there!! is the ac vents in the center of the dash by the radio bezel?

take the bezel off, go get some foam door insulation, should be foam on what side and tape on the other to put on door jams for your house. put that on the dash where the bezel would hit and you should be fine

My vents rattled and it drove me nuts. I found what position i liked the most and superglued all the ribs. Problem solved! Now i can only move the air up or down, not side to side. Been like that for years and i would do it again. Just make damn sure they are in the place you like.

I did the one cent fix... I wedged a penny between the center vent bezel and console... problem solved
