so they are necessary for the 5.4 2v? guess if i need them i need them lol
I would say the poly mounts are necessary, i needed to use solids to keep my motor front hitting my hood,If its going to be driven majority of the time go poly im running the solids but only run the car every once in a while.

save your money and put a lightning motor in it, easy low 11 to high 10 killer. my car got a 2.3 whipple on a 5.4 It made 503wrhp in 98 heat out side run back to back run!

you can get a lightning motor for 1200 to 1500 your car will be running like a bull. I had a 5.4 overbore 30 and it ran good but that 2.3 whipple put me in the 10 street KING, for someone to bet you they got to have a monster

Have any video of that car?

Im Hopein mine breaks off a 11 sec pass with a Auto and Stock Eaton But idk if it will do it.

Think about this lightning run 12 and they are 4800lb, you are 3400 to3600lb Make sure you got 31splines in the back! I got street tire on so I don't break ANYTHING, BUT LOOSE!
