BBK 78mm too much intake/plenum for N/A car?

I've got a lead on a pretty good deal for a BBK tb/plenum combo, part number is 1780. Apparently it's a one piece design 78mm throttlebody and plenum. I've been looking for a tb/plenum combo since I'm on a stock hand ported setup now, and I'm sure with the cams it would really breathe a lot better. But would a 78mm throttlebody/plenum be TOO much for an n/a car with cams and full exhaust?

BBK dyno graphs showed a 10hp increase on a bolt-on NPI car, but I'm sure those are probably heavily biased given they are trying to sell the product.

78mm is WAY too big unless your spinning your motor to 8k!
75mm is the BIGGEST id go with.. 70mm is what most pplp use!

Unless you go forced induction there's no reason to upgrade the tb/plenum. It actually hurt my numbers to upgrade to a 75mm.

With an N/A car you'd probably be best off using a 70mm setup. Even with forced induction I think 78mm would be too big for most dd applications.
