A couple stupid questions?
Im really obseesed with mustangs.lol... however i havent bought one yet, because i cant decide what i want! Im saving money now so that I can make a really good down payment or possibly pay cash. I know that I want a 99-04 Gt or mach 1. Peferrebly a Mach just because i like the way they look. I was just wondering what the difference is between the two. I know the mach is 32v, and the shaker hodd, but not sure what else...?
I tried to search but couldnt find what i wanted thanks |

1999-2004 mustang GT
2 valves per cylinder, 16 valves total. one exhaust valve per cylinder, one intake valve per cylinder. 260 crank horsepower. 300 something crank torque. 3.27 rear differential gears. (am i right?) Solid rear axle (as does the mach 1) hood, wheels, Rear sail panel/quarter window panel, seats, badging, and decals.

dont machs also have some different suspension components (springs)
+1 for modding a GT, you could just get the 5 spd gt and use the money you save from getting a mach and from insurance to build it up

they do i cant remember the specs off hand but its dang near the cobra set up. Its more expensive to mod but you get a good gain off the mods plus its a 4v! Get something special like the Mach/Cobra and you wont regret it..... (no offence GT's)

The mach is pretty much an 01 cobra with a straight axle and a 5 speed. also the auto mach has a slightly better trans than the auto gt.
Its not a bad deal some suspension work 3.55's and a 4v. . .

Agreed. Other than a 03-04 Termi, a Mach would be the next in line IMHO.

I really want to get rid of the fake one on my car. I was thinking shaker, but I could instead put a Cobra hood on my car for half the price. Who knows..
